The Rudneva hotel is situated directly on Rudneva square, a 5 minute drive to downtown. But the quality of the hotel is very low, prices are high for the service and quality of the room you will get.

The hotel is located on Rudneva square, a 2 minute walk to the tram station which takes you to the heart of the city. Despite the "economy class" of the Rudneva hotel, it is equipped with all the necessary things to stay. It is marketed as a hotel suitable for families, being furnished with a double bed in each room.

Our Review

The Rudneva hotel is situated right on Rudneva square, a 5 minute drive to downtown. The big sign "Гостиница, баня" which means "Hotel, banya" makes you realize that it is indeed the Rudneva hotel though there is no sign of the hotel name. The firmly closed metal door under the sign was not very welcoming. But there was a bell, after pressing it the door was opened by a woman who looked at me suspiciously. She said it is the banya door and the hotel door is on the other side of the building, entry through the yard. An identical metal door and bell were there. Finally getting inside you can see directly that it is economy accommodation, with only 9 rooms in the hotel, which are quite small, not very attractive and in an old style though the furniture in the rooms looked quite new. Rudneva square is located about 2 km from the centre and transportation options are the tram or marshrutka (маршрутка). This hotel cannot be recommended for any reason.
