"Mir" is a prestige hotel-complex situated in the central part of the city on Lenin Avenue. This modern 12 level building is a perfect place for work and rest. The Complex includes the hotel, restaurant, cafe, bars, conference - halls, casino, nightclub, hairdressing saloon, billiards, sauna and a Russian bathhouse, the tour agency "Mir service", air and railway booking offices.

 

Real Info

The Mir is a socialist monolith a 15 minute walk from the centre down the overly wide Lenin Avenue. A lot of new flats are (were!) being built nearby. It has the requisite casino. Due to its size popular with conferences.

The hotel offers great variety of rooms from single rooms to the "luxury" ones and triple apartments. All rooms are with all modern facilities: satellite TV, local telephone connection, bath or shower, refrigerator or mini - bar. Rooms are served 24 hours.

The hotel "Mir" is located on one of the main avenues of Kharkov city near "Botanichniy Sad" metro station. And what makes the location of the hotel ever more comfortable and pleasant is the fact that the city's botanic garden (now abandoned) is located at the other side of the avenue in front of the hotel. Nearby restarants of note include Delhi, a rarity in Kharkov, an Indian restaurant, and one of the better pizza cafes in town.
