The three store building of the Britania entertaintment complex is located a 10 min drive from the city centre in the most picturesque place in the forest. It has 33 comfortable rooms and plenty of restaurant spaces for big parties.

Our review

Looks very exclusive behind its big walls in the park, near the river/lake. Designed for the traveller in a car, so prepare to use taxis. The tram is a short walk away which will get you to a metro if needed.

All prices include breakfast.

Each room has TV set, telephone, air-conditioning, mini-bar, safe, internet, underfloor heating in a bathroom, hair-dryer.

Standard room (single occupancy only) - 400 UAH

Semi-lux - 600 UAH (700 UAH for double occupancy)

Lux suite – 1500 UAH

Facilities

Conference hall, 4 banqueting halls, opened and sheltered verandas, summerhouses, barbeque, sauna and pool, Russian bath-house, guarded parking, room service, laundry, restaurants.

Restaurants

The restaurant of the Britania entertainment complex has five elegant halls designed in a special way to stress particular features of medieval Britain. For example the white hall is designed in imitation of a medieval fortress. It can receive up to 150 guests and is equipped with projector, screen, air-conditioning. Bas-relief hall is designed in Empire style and can receive 18-20 guests. Apart from these halls there is also the Fireplace hall and the Hookah room.

Location

The Britania hotel is located in the territory of the Zhuravliovskiy hydro park which is quite away from the centre so having a car is a must, another option is to rely on taxies (about 40 UAH to get to the centre) or use a tram. The territory of Zhuravliovskiy hydro park is popular among Ukrainians who like to rest in a forest away from the city noise.
