Our Review
The Express hotel is situated adjacent to the main railway station and right by the "Tsentralnij vokzal" metro station. The hotel is not located in the centre of the city and the area is quite noisy; some people pop there to spend a night, especially those who need to wait for a train for a long time. The hotel is to the left of the station, and the reception will be found on the third floor. When you get on the stairs which lead to the hotel reception you will certainly be able to smell the toilets (apparently there is a smelly toilet on the first floor which everyone uses). In the reception the woman is very friendly, admitting that there has been no renovation of the hotel for 20 years, hence the old wallpaper in the rooms, just some furniture having changed. Two beds, a TV and a cupboard is all you will have in the room. All the toilet and bathroom facilities are not in the room; usually every 2 to 3 rooms sharing a toilet and a shower. This hotel is far from being a great place to spend even one night.
